“i keep on trying to find flaws about her”

There is a perfect named Kaitlyn (fake name). I haven't seen her do a bad thing. She is everything I am insecure about. She gets a lot of guys, she is tall beautiful and acts "mature". I keep on trying find flaws about her, to cope. I think that is unhealthy and toxic to me. What can I do?

Thanks for reaching out! Plenty of girls struggle with comparing themselves to other girls that they see as "perfect," so you are not alone. It's completely normal to feel guilty for trying to find negative things about her but you shouldn't because when you are feeling insecure about yourself it's hard to control it. Just remember that another girl's beauty does not take away from your own beauty, and another girl's success does not make your accomplishments any less important. Everyone has that one person they view as flawless and perfect, so someone out there feels that way about and sees you as perfect. Everyone has insecurities, including Kaitlyn. Just remember you are special, beautiful, and loved.
