A Girls Guide to Christmas Lists

So, Christmas is right around the corner. If you're anything like me, you struggle to make a list every year. For us girls, we go the whole year wanting all these new items, but when Christmas comes around the corner, we can't think of anything. In this blog, we will cover products and items that are worth asking for and will act as a perfect gift guide for yourself and others. 

The stocking stuffers:

When I think of a stocking stuffer the first thing that comes to mind is items that fall on the less expensive side and are typically small enough to fit into a stocking. Keeping that in mind let's go over the most useful and best products to add to your stocking stuffer list.

• Makeup bags

No matter how much you travel, makeup bags are always a helpful item to have on hand. Christmas is the perfect time to ask for a super cute bag that is perfect for any occasion. Maybe you're traveling, getting ready at your friend's house, or simply just need to transport your makeup somewhere, no matter where you are taking your makeup it is always helpful to have a makeup bag. 

• Mascara

Okay, so now that you have your makeup bag you need stuff to put inside your makeup bag. If you're anything like me, buying mascara is one of the most annoying things to purchase. It's just something about spending money on a necessity that truly doesn't sit right with me. So generally speaking, If you also hate buying your mascara, putting it on your stocking stuffer Christmas list is the perfect excuse for someone else to buy your mascara for you!

• Gum

I know what you're thinking, Gum?... Really? Well for most people Christmas break is the halfway mark of the school year. Now I know that everybody loves gum at school, so Christmas is a great time to restock your gum stash. It isn't too expensive, it isn't a big gift, and fits perfectly into a stocking. 

• Jewelry

Personally, I'm a girl who loves jewelry and feels naked without it. If you have a similar Opinion on jewelry, you should most definitely add this to your list! It's cute, not too expensive (Depending on where you ask from), and makes a great gift. 

The average gifts

Okay so now you have your less expensive gifts so now it's time to start splurging. The so-called “Average gifts' ' are exactly as they sound. They are mid-priced gifts that are normally in bags or wrapped in a present form. Below are some great ideas for these gifts. 

• Silk or comfy pajamas

Recently, there has been so much hype on silk pajamas, and from a user of silk pajamas, Have to agree they are worth all the hype they get. Depending on your preferences or budget, there are so many different brands and styles you can choose from that all look and feel great!

• Sweatshirts

As everybody already knows, it's cold during Christmas. So what better time than to ask for a cute sweatshirt? TikTok has recently been pushing out sweatshirt designs and all of them are so cute and perfect for the cold weather. A specific one that has recently been trending is sweatshirts from White Fox and they are the perfect sweatshirt to ask for. 

• Silk pillowcase/sheets

One of my favorite purchases I have ever made would be my silk sheets. The set came with 2 pillowcases, a fitted sheet, and a loose sheet. With a straight face, I have never slept better. These are the comfiest sheets and they are also super affordable! Consider adding these to your list!

• Hair care/Skincare

One of my favorite things to ask for every Christmas is new hair and skin care products. They are such a fun thing to unwrap on Christmas morning and I love using them throughout the year. Consider browsing Ulta and Sephora to search for these great products!

The splurging gifts

After putting some mid-priced gifts and low-priced gifts on your list, it's now time to splurge a little. These are some higher-priced gifts that won't disappoint you and are perfect if you feel like asking for some bigger-priced items. 

• Perfume

Perfume is the absolute best way to go about bigger-priced items. Maybe you're interested in a Dior perfume or maybe even a nice one from Victoria's Secret. No matter which one may have you interested these are perfect and always are fun to put on lists. 

• UGG slippers

If you're a girl, you have most definitely heard of Ugg slippers. These are the new things on the internet and have everyone in a chokehold. I can't tell you enough how much I love my Tasman Uggs and I wish that everyone knew about how truly amazing they are. These are a Christmas 2023 must-have.

• Clothing

Maybe you have been super loyal to clothing brands your whole life, well if this is you maybe try investing in a statement item for Christmas. Maybe some basics or timeless clothes that maybe you might spend a little more, but will last you a lifetime. This trend is all over the internet and there are sooo many examples everywhere!

• Macbook

Okay, so this is definitely for the girls that want to SPEND. I know what you're thinking, this one is super expensive. Yes, however, this is a great gift for the long run. It helps with school, it acts as a phone essentially, and it is super convenient for work. In all, it's an expensive gift that goes without saying, but it is a great and yearlong gift.
