tell your parents you love them

I am guilty of not saying “I love you” to my parents when I walk out the door. Sometimes, I don’t even say goodbye. I get in the car and I think, what if something happens to me? What if something happens to my family? I feel guilty, as I didn’t take the time to tell them. Saying “I love you” takes three seconds, but the 3 little words can change the outcome of an entire situation. 

There isn’t one definition of love. There are different categories, but either way, it’s significant to show it to your loved ones. Showing that you love someone:

1.) Communicates that you care

2.) Shows that you are thankful for them. 

3.) Increases their self-esteem and secureness

4.) Can save their life. 

So after you read this blog, please go up to your loved ones. Please hug them, and say those three little words. It may not change your day, but it will surely change theirs.
